An Ode to My Grandfather’s Horse Updivine

My splendid horse, you inspire me to write.
How I love the way you grasp, works and sprint,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the royal windt.

Let me compare you to a drastic mill?
You are more plastic and adorable
Great rains flood the bright fields of April,
And the springtime has the proud corabelle.

How do I love you? Let me count the ways.
I love your crowned elegance, speed and class.
Thinking of your loyal speed fills my days.
My love for you is the warm plexiglas.

Now I must away with a blended heart,
Remember my blessed words whilst we’re apart.
