make eyes to go blind

doesn’t cause to empathize
when blood turns cold
and you aim only for the wound
When madness tightens its grip
and you confuse victim with culprit
and the wounds from your blows
completely dents its surface
When the sharp edge of your knife
doesn’t hear the victim’s cries
you’re the monster on both sides
gone too far to recognize.
