Awelewa

This is the lady that got me trapped.
Got caged in the effervescent of her beauty
and in the energy of her purity.

Awelewa! Her name is the concrete in her beauty.
A name that makes the heart wonder
about the perfection of Angels.

Awelewa is as calm as her poise,
hot beyond the flares of the sun.
Get too close and you’d be scorched.

Could it be her tiny cut-edged waist?
Or the sparks in her two electrifying eyeballs?
No! I think it should be her moon-like face glittering even in darkness.

The steps of Awelewa could invoke spirits
and call forth the deads from the great beyond.
She makes the beauty of Angels ordinary.

The sun still needs to learn from Awelewa
how to smile and shine tenaciously.
Her gap tooth is devoted to make her more gorgeous.

Awelewa! Bosom perfectly fitted on her
and a hip whose identity couldn’t be hidden.
Her view goes beyond reality.

Awelewa! ododo ífè mí (my love flower).
