Writer’s block is a common phenomenon experienced by all writers. Sometimes it’s just impossible to gather your thoughts and come up with the perfect piece of writing. This small poem explores a writer’s feelings while she tries hard to patch up her thoughts and pen it down on the note pad before her. She procrastinates. She drinks coffee. She crumples pieces of paper on which she wrote before. The time is ticking. It will not stop for her even though her mind is giving a million excuses.
