Only the Heart Talks…, by J. W. Cassandra

Do not weep if the headwind blows!
Lips are silent, only the heart talks…
The heart that was food for worms,
The heart that’s been dying longed for…

But yet it lives and wants to live again!
For the holes eaten up by worms can again
Heel to be a whole heart: delight
Make patches on my prison of want…

My delight is: you found me, see me at last,
I found you and saw you then at last!
And light-wounds heal again now,
Lips do not, song of heart does it know…

Do not weep if the headwind blows!
Lips are silent, only the heart talks…
The heart what wished to see you once more,
The heart blossoms, a nice flower for your soul…
