Dawns And Doomsdays Come And Go…,
by J. W. Cassandra

Worlds emerge, singing, from Nothing,
Worlds submerge, dumb, into Nothing.
Dawns of worlds, Doomsdays come and go,
Only love is that is eternal alone.

Dawns of worlds, Doomsdays are the change,
Suns, stars, moons, all fall down, fade away –
Panta rhei: worlds, epochs, shapes
But, Lovers are who forever remain…

Since all forms emerge from pure Love,
Since all forms submerge in pure Love,
Dawns wave in Doomsdays: we still are,
Suns, moons, stars burn out: Love hugs with night.

Love hugs into itself with pure white light,
And Lovers change form: perfect and bright.
So bright like diamond diadem on Queen’s hair,
So bright that all the Universe is in a fever…

And perfection motionless keeps waiting for,
Till Dawns and Doomsdays come and go…
Only Lovers can every change survive,
Only Lovers can endure day and night…
