Nothingness of the Heart,
by J. W. Cassandra

When you reach nothingness of heart,
Ashes to ashes, dut to dust –
When nothingness bursts into blossoms in heart,
The nothing fills you from bottom to top,

You then see: you’re but ashes and dust,
Nothing to do any more, nowhere to go
And, if you could let go of every lust
You are released at the end of life – oh,

How you were yearning this state of heart!
Noew in your heart nothing-petals blossom,
Now in your mind nothing-thoughts fall apart
And, nothing fills you from bottom to top –

Ashes to ashes, dut to dust
But, you fly with the wind without lust –
You are the seed, petal, fruit of nothingness,
You are the core of nothingness of the heart…
