Whoever Art Thou?
by J. W. Cassandra

Whoever art Thou
Who standeth at
The Portal of Resplendence,
Thy light flareth up, and
The Portal is enveloped in shade?

Whoever art Thou
Who gleameth like
A Thousand Sun [1]
Who art at the Portal the LIGHT?

Whoever art Thou
Who doeth not decline,
At Resplendent Portal
Who doeth not decay:

Whoever art Thou?
What is MIGHT in Thou?
What is interdict in Thou?
What is ancient WORD in Thou?

Whoever art Thou
Who standeth at
The Portal of Resplendence,
Thy Light gleameth
And the Portal ceases seeing it –

Whoever art Thou?

[1] In Hungarian, the word is a homonym: it means ’day’ and ’Sun’ as celestial body, as well.
