Life isn’t a fairytale!
Nor you’re a Snow White with invincible beauty
A Cinderella the prince is searching for
A Sleeping Beauty waiting for a magic kiss
Neither Rapunzel finding her lost kingdom
Life isn’t a fairytale!
It’s callous like the Shere Khan of Jungle Book
Atrocious like the Witch of Wizard of Oz
Tyranny like the Trunchbull of Matilda
And arduous like a Jigsaw Puzzle
By the title I expected a real fairytale in a form of a poem. But your poem pulls off the curtain of the tales and reverie. It gives a smack in the face instead, showing reality. Great poem.
