J. W. Cassandra: Lép a láb

The Foot Steps, by J. W. Cassandra. I wrote this poem in 2014, yet. I translated it just now. The poem I placed into my volume 10, “Silence Embraces: the Silent Stirs”, cycle “Life-fruit”. I hope I could render its extraordinary sense. I will share it both in English and Hungarian. Illustration from Pixabay, image by Smimbipi.

J. W. Cassandra: Sosem volt szárnya

He Never Had Wings, by J. W. Cassandra. I wrote this poem yesterday night. In the translation, I tried to render rather the meaning, not the mere poetic form. It was a difficult task because although seemingly the poem is written by simple words, all the words bear particular significance. That’s why I strove to grab the essence instead of the form, in translating. I share it both in English and Hungarian. Of course, I haven’t place it in my volumes, yet. I hope, you’ll enjoy it. Illustration is my own photo of Corvinus gate, Buda Castle, Hungary.

J. W. Cassandra: Dalaim füzére

Garland of My Songs, by J. W. Cassandra. I wrote this poem yet in February. I placed it to my volume “Incompletion”, cycle “I for You Return”. The subject “I” is not me, it is the lyrical “I”. I share the poem both in English and Hungarian and hope, you’ll enjoy it. Illustration for it I took from Pixabay.

Will you be my mirror?

Everyone needs a mirror in their life. Showing the perfectly flawed, madly genius self. It could be anyone, a friend, your mother, a pen pal, or yourself. Who is the mirror in your life?
