J. W. Cassandra: Az Idő fogytán

Time Goes By; by J. W. Cassandra. I wrote this poem yet in 2006. I didn’t place it in any of my volumes and won’t do so either. It represents an altering line, not that of the volumes 1-18. The translation differs from the Hungarian version a bit. I hope, you’ll enjoy it.

Irony – A Cinquain Poem

This is a poem of two five-line cinquain stanzas. It talks about the irony that each man thinks that all the other men are ill-willed.

J. W. Cassandra: Gyászos hajnal

Morn of Mourn, by J. W. Cassandra. I wrote this poem yesterday, after coming to know the news, for the victims and their families of the glacier burst in Uttarakhand, India. 🙏🏻 I share it in English and in Hungarian.

J. W. Cassandra: Égi ritmus

Heavenly Rhythm, by J. W. Cassandra: this is a poem from an entire cycle titled “Carols of Snowflake”, from my volume 2, “Sun-book”. I wrote it in 2011 yet, and translated today in the morning. I share it both in English and Hungarian now because of its actuality. The illustration I chose from Pixabay. Maybe, I’ll share more poems of the cycle mentioned above.

Exhaling

The poem is all about how people battle with challenges everyday without anyone knowing what they are going through inwardly.

Predator/Prey

Predator/destroyer of mind and matter only will not ease one’s self of moral center. Neither will prey/victim ideology as both require balance and understanding within this misunderstand-able ecosystem of trial and error. Each day is a beneficial sequence of either repetition and choice, with such benefit being that one is able to breathe said new day… however possible. Solve the situations within one’s realm of control and situate an understanding of thus that isn’t.

J. W. Cassandra: Az Igazság heroldja

Herald of Truth, by J. W. Cassandra: this is my latest poem, written yesterday. I placed it to my volume 14, “Ten Million-fold Sun /Day/”, cycle “He Steps out of His Mirror”. In Hungarian, the word ‘nap’ that means equally ‘day’ and ‘sun’, since it is a homonym. I prefer to use the meaning Sun, because of symbolics of the volume. I share both the English and Hungarian versions. They alter somewhat because of language characteristics. The subject of the poem is a lyrical self, not me. The poem refers on alchemy. 🦁 🌞 Illustration is from Google Pictures. I hope, you’ll enjoy it.
