Alden, My Prince of Peace

Alden, My Prince of Peace With unbridled passion this being faces each new day this body with mind works mechanically knowing that come the night – Peace is certain. – As I lay my head upon your chest legs tangled beneath our covers I can close my eyes – You are my peace. Maria myra trudel 2015

J. W. Cassandra: Szabadság

Freedom, by J. W. Cassandra. My poem belongs to my volume 18, “Incompletion”, cycle “Incompletion”, as well. I share it both in English and Hungarian. As illustration, I share a photo of the dawn above the river Danube, Budapest, Hungary. The bird, flying toward the rising sun gave me the idea of the poem. I share it both in English and Hungarian.

J. W. Cassandra: Tó vizén Lélek lép

On the Water of Lake the Soul Steps, by J. W. Cassandra. This poem belongs to my volume 10, “The SILENCE Embraces: the Silent Moves”, cycle “Lake of Radiance”. I attempted to give back in English its short, pulsating rows from Hungarian. Because of language limits, I couldn’t do it entirely, in my translation. But I hope, you’ll be able to grab the core in it. For illustration I consider chose a Japanese tori since, it’s the most profound illustration for this soul-lake, as for me. I share the poem in Hungarian, as well.

J. W. Cassandra: Hollófürtjeidről álmodom

I Dream Of Your Raven Locks, by J. W. Cassandra. This love poem I share it for a request of one of my beloved and kind friend. It was written yet in 2013, I placed it to my volume 11, “Rescuer, Come!”, cycle “Love, Lasting for Eons”. The “I” in the poem of course, not me, it’s the lyric “I”. I have more of similar poems and maybe, I’ll share them later. These poems of the cycle tell of a love that lasts through eons, millions of years. And sometimes, the human mind can remember of this unique, pure love. This poem is one of these love poems, overarching eons and serving as signs of sg important. The most important that can bind and rise beings at all. I share it in Hungarian, as well.

Remember by Christina Georgina Rossetti

Remember | A Poem by Christina Georgina Rossetti

This poem describes the fear of Christina Georgina Rossetti, not from death but from the fact that her lover might not remember her after she is gone. But as the poem progresses, she accept that for a greater good, it would be better if he forgets her and live happily, rather than remember and be sad.

Ek kissa mera bhi

Har ankahee baat raaz nahi hoti Har kisi ki kahaani udaas nahi hoti Agar dil mil jaye toh jashn-e-ishq Magar dil toot jaye toh awaaz nahi hoti Sehete hain hum bhi par kehete kuchh nahi Aage badh chali zindagi dil toh hai waheen Toota toota sa poochhta hai hamsafar se apne Kaheen mujhe bhulaya toh nahi?

J. W. Cassandra: Könyörgés a Haldokló Szellemhez

Beseech to the Dying Spirit, by J. W. Cassandra. This my own poem belongs to my volume I, Eternity, Awaken to Consciousness, cycle Altar for New Worlds, as the other poem, recently shared here, “As the Dreamy Buddha”. This poem itself was born by inspiration. It was written in 2007, translated this year. I share it both in English and Hungarian. The poem by its form follows the vision by that I wrote it: irregular with its rows but, I felt a peculiar rhythm writing it and tried to give it through. I feel so, the vision is more important. One more important thought: indeed, the Spirit in my poem is alive, not dying just by the whirl of the lights it seems as if it would dying…
